Format: Best out of 3 matches. Round Robin Prelims - Single Elimination finals.

Limit: 32 Players (first to register)

Personal Controllers allowed (joysticks, gamepads, etc...)

question about how the groups and then brackets will be made
are you gonna be doing it before hand.. or waiting till sat(possibly having reg on teh day)..and doing the groups and what not using a program infront of all the competitors?
or is someone g onna be pulling names out of a hat? also what about seeding from previous tournaments?

Sadly, personally I won't be able to make it. But you can wipe the teary eyed look off your faces! TriniGamers are sending it's FightClub 2K9 Champions to contest this event.
They'll be quite easy to notice... as they'll be the ones winning. That's right. Bring your family and kids, I'm sure they won't mind signing autographs for all the fans.

I hope the forces of Fantasy V are ready, also the forces here at GATT.

Good luck with the tourney peeps! Hope everything runs smoothly and goes as planned. The more gaming events we have as an entire community, the more we will be able to gain valuable tournament experience and be able to learn from our mistakes so we can raise our skill level to elite worldwide standards.

Killa, we normally use tournament software for our events, so you're safe. Aim to be transparent.

The brackets (for elimination) are randomized and done on the day. (via the software)

The groups will also be formed on the day as people present themselves in person.
