Monday - Emerald Rice, Macaroni Salad, Lentil Peas, Provision, Chicken or Fish

Tuesday - Pelau, Cole Slaw, Tossed Salad,

Wednesday - Vegetable Rice, Provision, Stew Pork or Baked Chicken or Grilled Fish, & Steamed Vegetables

Thursdays - Roti or Rice with dhal, Bhagi or Pumpkin Curry Potatoes, Chicken or Beef

Friday - Crab or Saltfish or Steamed Fish, Dumplings or Provision

Saturday - Pelau / Soup


This Menu changes every week to get a good feel for what people like in this area...

But lets look at this logically.... man sweating getting grimmy cause the belly griping so what does he do?! eat K F What?! nah man

we have 3rd strike i do not have a system for sf4 yet... you can bring your own console rental of the tv is 10 per hour

Love curry crab and dumplin. Pity curepe is too far for a lunch time escapade from port of spain, else would be there every day. lol
