None of those games deserves GOTY. That belongs to the (sadly, only in Europe at the moment) Xenoblade Chronicles. I guess it'll have to win GOTY 2012 when it comes out next year in the US, finally.

If games stood on their own two feet, Skyrim would be that well rounded guy, well spoken, well educated and had a bright future... BF3 would be the really cool guy everyone wants to hang out with and drove the ladies wild... But at the end of their life time more people would speak more highly of the well rounded guy, Skyrim will be remembered.

Personally I looking for to hanging out with BF3 younger brother, if he ever gets made... BF2142-2.
