Looks like ASUS and Gigabye have a spat over Asus' motherboard quality:
Gigabyte asserts Asus lied to customers about certain features on some EPU feature:

But from what i have read, Asus is yet to take action to refute Gigabyte's claims.... only crying "law suit"

Bastards...
Asus has already raised eyebrows with their Asus EeePC 900 battery fiasco (http://www.tomshardware.com/news/asus-eeepc-battery,5216.html), so I might be on Gigabyte's side here.
I wish this had come from someone independent of both companies though.
