Good show TBG squad. We're not haters here but the lag killed some of us. Dont worry we'll organise something more lag free in the near future. I hope you bring all your friends to the forums, you guys are more than welcome here.

yeah sorry about the lag but you know internet in the caribbean currently to me is piss poor, we are trying to get a cod4 server located in usa which shud be good for both teams

A bit shameful, all this running around for illegitimate servers that have horrid lag. Is 2008 man.
I don't buy that talk about it being the "caribbean" and that we should expect/settle for a horrible online gaming experience. That just isn't the case.
Personally been playing on international servers for months with 30+ players and NEVER saw lag like what I saw tonight.
If we're gonna do inter island battle, it's got to be better facilitated than that. No wonder they call us third world.
We could afford TT$8000 machines, buy the game (damn worth the money imo) and play on a legit server. Those of you who still running "h4xored" versions of the game, I'm looking at you.
Here is an international server out of Florida. Check out the pings. Half that of the server we just played on.

To the GATT mobile! I was thinking we could use a -Cari at the end of our names instead of the GATT at the front since Carigamers is the better brand for us to promote (100 times stronger in GoogleFu than GATT)

Yea men, only just found this site. I didn't even know Kenrom, Turney and Taz knew this site; didn't hear anything about it on vent until just now but it looks good.
Now onto the COD4 stuff.
Most of us don't have a legit COD4 key for a couple of reasons, none of which really are reasonable enough not to buy it for US$16, so I'm sure if they plan on taking it serious a lot of them will be picking up a key shortly. Regardless of that fact, we have been setting up servers on various members computers so that we could enjoy the benefits of being able to set our own game mode, map, as well as other tweaks. The downside of that is that in Barbados, the maximum residential upload package you can get is 512kbps and the highest business package upload is 1mbps (which runs $125US a month), so the server max out around 5-7 players. So, that explains the lag situation you were experiencing, so apologies.
Anyway, we will probably be picking up some keys in the near future and look forward to playing against you all more.

Yeah, we won't have to worry about lag on this new server and we can still change maps, mode and settings to our hearts content.

some still play mw2 though
but for fps we mostly play bf bc2
