While searching for a proper push-to-talk solution, I came upon this little gem (http://www.thinkgeek.com/computing/usb-gadgets/c8a8/) on ThinkGeek
(http://www.thinkgeek.com/images/products/front/c8a8_stealthswitch_2.jpg)
So named as it was primarily used as a panic button to instantly hide all desktop windows from prying eyes.
I have now found use for it as a super-convenient PTT switch. The included 'configurator' makes it rather easy
to reprogram the switch to emulate any key, or macro, that can be used for a host of apps.
So now, its sole purpose is for PTT in any voice chat app, like Mumble, or Ventrilo.
Cost me 33 US, and a further 113 TT to in total to import it.
Easily one of the best peripherals I have ever bought.

Nice find, and it could come in handy as a panic button when yuh not playing games lol.

yuh does use it as a foot pedal?
step to talk?

Thats exactly how I use it currently. No need to grow an extra finger to talk while in battle.
