Season 7 premiere was excellent, I have no complaints.
Yea some parts of season 6 were bumpy since they were still trying to figure out what to do with the show (it was originally intended to span 5 seasons, with the outline for them being developed early on).
Season 7 feels different, more evolved I should say. The seasonal storyline was established here right from the get go and Im excited to see how it plays out.

Yeah, I prefer they don't try to milk it.
Will always point to Avatar as a good example.
Three seasons. Finished.
Perfect storyline and pacing.
If you want to go again after that....create a new story in the same universe.
It works.

With Season 6 it seems that they ventured close to milking territory but with the start of Season 7 it feels like something entirely new, especially when you look at how far the story as come since Season 1.
In relation to your Avatar example, yes the original 3 seasons have ended but now they have the Legend of Korra coming, something different. It's the same here.

Would not lie tho, I wasn't a fan of that either. Enjoyed Season 6 more.
If season 8 is anything like when Dean came back from hell then this could be awesome. Plus I read they have contracts till season 10 anyway. But like I said Im hopeful since Being Human is awesome.
