Selling these two items as a combo:

Gigabyte GA-B75N ITX motherboard, BNIB - http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4405#ov

Intel Core i5-3570K CPU, used - http://ark.intel.com/products/65520/Intel-Core-i5-3570K-Processor-6M-Cache-up-to-3_80-GHz

Did a test install such that If you install Windows 10 Pro, it will automatically activate.
You get a Mini-PCIE Wireless-N card as a bonus, you supply you own antenna cables. My advice: get them from a dead laptop.
Custom cooler installed on CPU (stock CPU back plate for the cpu holding lever had to be removed though)
You have to supply your own RAM.
