Title: W.T.K the difference between blink residential package vs blink business package

im curious because i see the same speed at different prices
example 4mb residential $341
4mb business $2053
doesnt make sense who can explain this

One of the main differences is you get a block of static IP addresses that will never change. Useful for those who want to host websites. Also speeds may be synchronous with the business package.
