Well folks here i am. LA. Immediately ariving into LA and driving from the airport I am seeing these huge banners "WELCOME CHANG3" Above the logo is the Playstation symbol and fragments of the X O etc buttons above.

Today I head down to the Convention Centre (LACC) to get my pass and stuff. SHould be interesting since I have no clue how to get there and back. Yuh boy buy one big@ss map of LA and yuh jut need to know which way is north. And yuh good. I think

I getin mih digicam today so from tomorrow you go see pics up and stuff. We go speak later

Alright next update. Went to LACC today to get my pass. BOY!! MAN LEGGO AN MTV /\TRL "WWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO". From 3 blocks down i seeing a BIG ATARI MATRIX LOGO ? Yep apparently the incapable ATARI making THE PATH OF NEO. Lewee hope this one dock blow.

When he see the place. If yuh SEE TING. THey setting up shop but posters the size of buildings. One hall look like it totally dedicated to PS3. All over the walls, steps (airbrush) and windows FULL of the WELCOME CHANG3 logo.


Check out the Nintendo and MS area too. THey still settin up. Steps to go up into the South Hall have THE LEGEND OF ZELDA spray on it. Men walking around in HALO 2 marine uniforms, Samurai Uniforms and ting. The BOOTH BABES were in effect. Apparently they were having a meeting for what they have to do and all. On man talking to them like he is the pimp or something

Man i gorn clear. Pick up some brochures to share with the guys. I done see juzzy selling so i buying. Today i goin Best Buy to get a Digicam.

Latest news. PS3 to launch in SPring 2006

Personally I think thats kinda late. I mean alot of their launch titles are also launching with the XBOX360 which is releasing in November THIS YEAR. In other words, PS3's launch games are gonna be OLD launch titles.

No doubt SONY knows what they are doing, i hope. BUt this launch situation looks EXACTLY like that of the PSP launch and MANY......MANY 3rd party devolopers (EA, Konami, Activision to name a few) were most p!ssed with the launch of the PSP.

Little inside info. Last year at E3 when the PSP was on demo you couldnt touch it, just watch. The reason being that they had friggin video running behind the scenes at the PSP laumch. THere were no demo's just vids. Some top secret stuff there :P

The third party developers are skeptical about this PS3. They are hearing nothing from SONY about it. They are not getting any developing software for the system. In other words PORTS are comming to the PS3. No way in hell can you make a first class game in less than a year. Take note. Personally i worried. Many of them like MS's strategy.

I get a digicam yesterday with 1GB of memory. Tomorrow the floorshow starting so then i go take pics. For today i go juss take pics of what i have related to E3. So that mean nuttin but brochure and mih pass....well better than nothing.

Hey would mind checking out the SNK booth or whatever. With KOF XI announced last week and the japanese beta tests last weekend I was hoping to get some more info on it.

Well for those that havent checked out the FLOORED section of e3insider.com i suggest you do so. Legend of Zelda : Twilight Princess was announced with a much longer trailer.

To add to that the XBOX press conference was shown. Man they have maximised XBOX live like yuou cant immagine. Now you can watch Pay per view on LIVE if you want as well as video chat while gaming

To add to that 40 games are scheduled for launch in november with the new XBOX. 160 games are in development.

Oh Final Fantasy XI is now on LIVE. A partnership with SquareEnix was also formed, not just the FF creator. 360 also alows you to connect from your digicam, to ipod to the new XBOX. You can transfer files easier. Now XBOX has really come REALLY good with their LIVE> much better than SONY online.

Now this is just XBOX. THe PS3 press conference isnt available for show yet on insider, well maybee by the end of the day.

You guys should check it out. REaly good site, oh not dial up friendly, but i thnk you can get it to show

Hi fellas. I not at mih cousins house again. Got a hotel closer to E3. I dont know how im gonna post pics. Yesterday i took over 200MB in pics on the camera

Went to the SQUARE ENIX booth and got in to see the cinema presentation. 3 new final fantasy 7 spinoffs ore comming out. Kingdom Hearts 2 also has Jack Sparrow fighting with you along with other disney charcters.

Got to meet Victor Lucas from JD. VERY cool guy. Apparently his father used to live in trinidad. We told him he has a huge fan base in T&T (kinda). Got pics of LOTS of booth babes. LOTS AND LOTS. VERY HOT. YES even with the NAMCO girls.

What else. Played the XBOX360, Condemned. Lookin mad. Soul Calibur 3, same damn thing as 2, they put in fancy lightning and sh!t now with super moves.

Oh yeah got some pics of the new Batmobile, got some with Boba Fett and Stormtoopres

She is so orn!! She small though.......small small but she REAL pretty.

Um...oh yeah got a pic with that crazy @ss fella who does interviews with Diane Mizota on Filter.

There is a 1 hour wait to go in to play the new Zelda. I saw it. Has the same effect that Ocarina Of Time had. In this zelda if you didnt know Link can transform into a wolf....wierd i know

I hope you guys saw me LIVE in the G4 crowd today. Got to see Adam, Morgan, Laura Foy and Kevin Perera (spelling) today.

Wait in line for 3 hours to play friggin Zelda. If you remember the expression of joy you had playing Ocarina of Time, then you will have it again. Got a Zelda juzzy too

Oho. Played the new NFS...it MAD

The half Life 2 for XBOX real mad. Graphics nice, gameplay the same. Far Cry Instinct real cool too

Wah else. Sly Cooper 3 have 3d glasses

The SONY theatre was REAL SH!t. Wait for 1:45 mins for a blasted trailer that on the internet. You get to see the new PS3 upclose though, in a friggin glass case.

Went to the UT2k6 showroom today. Lookin the same as 2k4 with good graphics, one extra vehicle they add so far. They show an in game botmatch

Of the next gen comnsoles XBOX 360 totally own everyone @ss. Really. Mostly because there was NOTHING for the rev or the PS3. NOTHING to play or demo, or even WATCH.

Even though we are CERTIAN the console was not playing the demos the controls were there. MOST likely they were hooked up to the developers kit. A guy at EA said no one has the console as yet, just the kit

boy, the plan was for me to make de turn with shivadee this year but I get blank on my vacation request. Bastards cancel all as things were so crazy at the office. Had to cancel my trip to Jamaica too, where I was hopin to check out the GLs across there.

Sweat just buss.

but yeah, next year we go rally hard for that. Not as a prize, but we will see who could rally enough funds and vacation time to make it a gatt lime iwmc.

Start saving yuh dollars from now.

I not sure exactly how much it was gonna cost. Maybe shiv could do up a tally from after his trip and give us a good estimate. Pack some serious crixx and cheese in the suit case for a massive savings on the food bill. lol

To fly there, and get accomodations TRAVELOCITY or EXPEDIA is the bomb

Hotels cost me 75 US per night in Ramada Inn, which was 10 mins from E3. Damn good hotel for the price. MAke sure yuh stay in WEST LA, not EAST LA, or yuh go wish yuh didnt.

E3 is FREE once yuh in the videogame industry. The EXHIBITS ONLY badge i had was FREE. You could bonks in anywhere and do anything. For 5 bill US you get that AND the conference, which i find a waste because i come to play games and see games, not hear ppl talk about pixel shading and bump map ideas.

To go to and from okish in price.  a taxi take me there for 40 US a day. Yea is paper, but then you get  what you can.

Now there is a HOLIDAY INN right accross the friggin road from E3. But you gonna have to book real early, like all now and even pay down an ting. Companies come and rent out the whole damn hotel and ride, so organise now

what else yuh want to know?

The floor show is 3 days long. You may want to stay for about 5 days. the first day early to come in and get your pass. They do not mail it to people outside the US, you have to have it in person. Walk with your emails that they sent for confirmation and your passport for ID.

The final day is for much needed rest. This thing REALLY drains you the hell out. You dont sit down from 9am to 6pm and in all the excitement you only feel it when you step into your room. Because yuh boy was wearing he Nike (i doh trust no other shoe) mih foot was only hurting from all the walking. Mih cuz on the other hand was wearing he Umbro and he padna in boots, well them get blisters.

Walk with cash just incase you want to buy some T-shirts from the store. E3 Expo juzzy cost real paper, because is only there you get them, all kinda 25 dollars an ting. THe videogame Tshirts are free, just jump and fight for them in the crowd. If you get orn like an @ss there, talk about your "rights" an sh!t for some reason, they pelt your @ss out and never let you in again.  This year they had babylon, security and even bomb sniffin dogs. You can go in with bags and all that but they must be checked before going in.

Walk with money for food. It like movie towne with food. You cant walk in with food from outside and obviously the food there expensive. 10 dollars for a personal pizza dread. But when yuh so hungry you  really couldnt care less.

you go to the official E3expo site. e3expo.com i think it is  for information.


There is no ticket. You get a pass, and thats all you need.

To get the pass you must fill out  the form on the e3 website and send it in. Its an invitations only event so basically its up to THEM to determine if they want YOU to come.

Actually no. BOth of them were just cool

THey asked my name and when i said Shiva, Morgan said "isnt that the god of destruction? That is a cool name" I told Adam that Trinidad has a pretty big fanbaase of Xplay, many people watch the show. He said "you know, thats not the first time I heard that"

Morgan said "I have a friend in the Bahamas who watches Xplay and he said that there is also a big fanbase there too, which is nice"

I told them they should come down for carnival or something. Adam said "how is it?"

i said "picture this, the country shuts down for about 5 days to just party" - if you see smile on their face. I told them dont worry about place to stay MORE than enough ppl go acomodate alyuh. They said if somehow they manage to find themselves down there they go...which is obviously never. But it was nice of them to mention interest.

Actually out of all of them Laura Foy is the coolest. Morgan was always with security, i believe i was considered a MILD threat considering the kinda ppl it had. SHe was always couped up in the G4 booth..sad.

Adam was all over the place. 2 of them always drinking Red Bull.

Laura was so cool She real talking to the crowd, very nice and stuff. REal nice, you could see she well hugup pally wise for pics an ting. Tina was very reserved. She was just appreciative that ppl watch G4TV. I told her their show is really the only show where you get to hear fans talk and its not BS, its all good points, so ppl watch it

Diane was pretty cool too. She wrote a "Whats up Trinidad" on my autograph. SOme pretty cool pics of all of them, full colour photos signed. I told her i emailed her and before i finished she said she was really busy and havent had time to email everyone. When i told her "but you did email me, it was when FILTER was on hiatus" She laughed, said yea around then she had real spare time on her hands

THe funniest guy is maybee the one with Diane Mizota on FILTER, you knwo the one who does the on the street interviews. He look like he on permanent crack. Man is a senior editor for G4 though.

Victor Lucas very cool. Just as mellow as he is on JD and EP. He said his dad lives in Trinidad, but he doesnt talk to his dad so he dunno where he living. He was surprised to hear we get G4. He really wanted feedback too on the show. Asked what he should do to improve it from an international perspective. I told him the show is good. ITs just allot of ppl compare it to XPLAY which is a different kinda review show. HE says yeah, Xplay is the bomb. But i told him he and Tommy have a good Ying Yang thing going, just stop using "cool" in evertying you say :P He laughed

TOmmy real humble. Nice fella, he didnt talk for too long. But he real want to come Trinidad. He just want to know if the woman hot down here. I tell him go to the T&T website an watch the carnival pics. Its in Feburary so, come down you go get plenty of that.
