You should look into upgrading your wireless router, you can't go wrong with an ASUS AC series wireless router. RT AC66U is a good starter.

Most likely the firewall, call and verify if it's still on. If it is tell them remove it, then reboot your modem.

Downloaded your game for Android and I ran into a bug when you go into the options menu after losing, once you exit there is a shaded area over the menu that disable all other game items. Even the back button has no effect. A screenshot is provided below.
Overall the game is pretty fun, controls are really nice and the game is pretty easy to get into. I'll give you a review in a few.

Could probably start with some of the usual places like Nanans, JKEntertainment, well that's the only two i remember. If you are brave/out of luck you can buy a hdmi port off of ebay and replace it yourself.
The problem with the bluray drive, if it's the ejecting problem i would check online as there are multiple DIY things you can try first before sending it to be repaired.

Dude you should be able to go from 8 to 8.1 for free, then once that is done upgrade to 10 for free
Check you laptop manufactures website as they usually have a free upgrade path to Windows 10. With Windows 10 once you upgrade, you will not need a key as it will utilize your hardware for verification if you want to do a clean install later on.
You will not need to change your hard drive as the win 8 key is usually stored in the bios on 2012 and present laptops.
If I were you I would see if Xaeno or one of the GATT staff would assist you with the upgrade process as they offer a Tech service for a fee.

why not just upgrade to windows 10 with the oem version. I doubt they wont let OEM versions upgrade but let pirate version do.
