PC Gaming / WOWFE help
« on: October 05, 2007, 10:09:18 AM »
A friend gave me this WOW and WOWFE thingy so that i can finally get a small taste of the world of warcraft experience, apparently it sposed to enable me to play on some "free" "private server" and since it was free i say i'd give it a try. However my 1st problem was whenever i double clicked on the WOWFE application i got a "can't find lang file' error. I went in the registry and deleted that and reinstalled and the program started up.Now when i click on Option->Preference to set the Language to english , nothing happens.Apparently a dialog box is supposed to open up but it doesn't. Anyone familar with this WOWFE program? Anyone has any idea of why this is happening?I think its a prob with my pc preventing it from popping up. Any help* would be appreciated.

*positive, helpful, informatve help that is  :happy0203:

Media / Man vs Wild
« on: July 12, 2007, 08:45:36 AM »
I stumbled upon this on Discovery Channel an afternoon and i'm hooked. This show is the baddest thing out on TV Bar none.
Took this off of wikipedia (Man vs. Wild is a survival television series on the Discovery Channel hosted by Bear Grylls. Man vs. Wild shows Grylls purposefully demonstrating more extreme methods of survival in harsh conditions. The program has shown him eating raw meat and live fish, staving off hypothermia after intentionally jumping in a frozen lake, and drinking the fluids of elephant feces and his own urine for hydration. Grylls travels with a two-man camera crew during daylight. Grylls contends that the crew is "under very strict instructions not to get involved or help" unless he is in a fatal situation)

Man drinking level pee and nyaming down real snake and frog and ting.A real Junglist.

Went yesterday to see this. This is arguably the best "action" movie i've ever seen. If anybody wants to know what a true Gunta looks like, what a true badman looks like.Check this movie out.Yeah they had some real over the top impossible stuff....but WHEYYY!!!!!...some of the best action sequences you'd ever see.I espescially liked his "that guy" speech. My only problem with the show was that it ended. i don't care who say what.......but this is a must see for the August Vacation.Go and take in this show.

Transformers have to come real good to top this

« on: February 14, 2007, 01:58:25 PM »
This caused big argument last night between me and my brother would some partners so i ask.
Who do you think would win in a fight between John McClane and Martin Riggs?
For those who don't know John is from the Die Hard Franchise and Riggs is one half of the duo from Lethal Weapon. Both legendary roles....

From where i stand John McClane all the way. Riggs might be better trained and know karate. But McClane jus bad, man doh business.....his personal life in a mess and he still mashing in terrorist and international criminals normal normal.

I dunno if anyone wrote about this yet.....But this is a must see movie

THIS is if not the best ONE of the best for the year....all players were excellent. Scorcese is a boss. Matt Damon,Learnado DiCaprio, Jack Nicholson and Mark Whalberg, Martin Sheen and Alec Baldwin, put down some best acting, You should hear the Boston accent. The Dialogue win!

Take my advice and take in this movie...... the ending will come at you suddenly like a bullet to your skull.

Ole Talk / Hmmmm?

Ok so this is the rum shop so we could talk about almost anything....right?
So you walk thru Port of Spain and you see them all over. There are at least six of em by different names in Port of Spain. Each small city/borough in Trinidad and Tobago has two of them. They had 23 outlets last year and they opened a couple more in 2006. It could be they are that successful ....but i doubt it cause i mean what store makes money if it has a 33 1/3% sale for almost 9 months of the year.

I'm talking about the Francis Fashion, Shoe locker franchise which includes the Puma store, SportWorld, the offshore store etc.Do you think they make so much money to build up so many business from clothes sale or are they in the 'laundry' business as people whisper..........if you know what i mean. i Just wanna hear what yall think cause i know i not the only one who has heard this talk.

Ole Talk / Shaming Trinidad
« on: May 19, 2006, 04:17:25 PM »
Dunno if yall heard the lil sting operation MSNBC had where they caught some perverts online trying to solicit minors....
and of course....a trini had to be involved. Here is a piece of the online article

Once you see our latest investigation you’ll see what I mean. Take Marvin Lakhan, screen name “Crazytrini85.” While chatting online with a decoy posing as a 14-year-old girl named Cindy, Lakhan has one of the most bizarre and graphic conversations we’ve seen. He says he wants to have sex with the girl in several rooms in her parents’ house and in the hot tub. Then he asks her if she has any pets.

The decoy says she has a cat. You couldn’t make up what happens next. Lakhan asks if the girl will involve the cat in a sex act. She’s says she’ll give it a try if Lakhan will strip off all his clothes when he arrives at the house. It turns out he’s a man of his word.

Lakhan walks right in the back door of our undercover house, peels off his shirt, pants and underwear and moves quickly towards the voice of an actress we hired to play the part of a young teen. The girl asks him to have a seat in the living room, but he keeps coming towards the door leading to a room where both the girl and I are standing. We can see it all on a television monitor. Just as he reaches for the doorknob, I open the door, ask him to please cover himself with a nearby towel and have a seat. He sits and answers my question for about 15 minutes. He admits he was “making a mistake”.  He says he “wouldn’t have gone all the way,” but when I remind him he’s naked he says “something along sexual lines” probably would have happened.

When I tell him he’s going to be on Dateline he promises he’ll never do this again.  He has little else to say except that he’ll leave the towel in the laundry room after he puts his clothes back on. When he walks outside he’s arrested by Ft. Myers police officers. All this… and remember we had 23 other men visit as well

for the whole article plus to see this clip where they actually catch the man naked check the link, scroll down and launch the video

It both Sad and kicksy
