Microsoft Xbox / Having issues with my Xbox One

All the best for today. I hope all is okay with you. I should probably start by saying that this is my first post on the topic and that it was motivated by a need. But I had hoped much more from you. Guys, I'm having issues with my Xbox One gaming console from Microsoft; I'm unable to fix the problem of it turning off repeatedly. I gave it my utmost after numerous attempts (from this article), but the issue persisted. Can I follow the instructions in the article's "Solution 3: Clear Persistent Storage Because"? Since I'm new to this field, I would appreciate your help. Are you able to help me in any way?
