It's like the model pictured below. One distinctive feature about this model is that the reciever doubbles into a recharger for the mouse (which is something I want!) So any gamers with this set up out there, give me your best price!!!

Got a Seagate 160GB Baracuda ATA drive in meh system rite. DOin over windows (for the 3rd time) and this time, instead of settling for the 127GB windows allows me, I want the full 160GB I paid for. I read up on the net that in order to get the full capacity, your mobo gotta support LBA for drives over 128GB. I was wondering if anyone came across this setting in the asus bios of that particular board, if ayone here got that board I mentioned. If anyone can shed some light, I would grratly appreciate it

Hey you guys, I just got a copy of Doom 3 yesterday by one of meh good pafnuhs going to SAM rite, so I loading it up hoping that with the 512 I got it willb e enough. Supprisingly, the game ran, though choppy when there are really really big fire fights going on, perfectly on my miniscule FX 5200. Now, I was so amazed rite that it actualyl ran with my GPU without a hitch, however, the amazement & supprise would soon later turn into fear. Keep in mind, I have 5.1 audio, so the aound amiance was the best thign I have ever seen so far. FIrst off, I had to locate a missing scientist. I found him in a de-comissioned sector of the area I was in. Low & behold, a cliche, something goes horribly wrong and all hell breaks loose (litterally @ the hell part). A dimentional hole opened and as I said before, all hell broke loose. With everything going on all around, the place shaking and whatnot, the lights go out, phased me a little bit, but nothing. THe, I turned tot he same scientest and noticed that he was beign possesed by a deamon. I used the small pea shooter I had and had to empty 7 shells just to down that guy. So here I am, while playing this game, and I am already in the dark mind you, palms sweatty, muscles tight & a total state of panic, the 5.1 audio really lived up to its name. Amidst all the panicked radio chatter, I had to find myself back to HQ. SO I had a whole slew of bad guys to conquer on my way. I remember having to empty 2 and a half clips just to down 3 bad guys. There was one point at the entrance to HQ where my mind had enough and I had to save the game and exit. THe hair at the back of my head was raised enough and I think my keyboard had enough of my sweatty palms. I think that ID software has outdone themselves with Doom 3 and will mos def become an instant classic 10 years form now. One word of advice: If you got a really really good graphics card, 5.1 audip and yuh system real fast, play doom 3 int he morning with some padnuhs. It took 40 fellahs in one room in SAMS to get past the first level, and I coulda only tolerate 15 minutes of Doom 3 before my mind had enough. The graphics & soudn work as soo out of this world that you may feel you loosing a sense of sanity for a bit.

You knowm it amazes me how easily GATT can be all around you. There I am, in SBCS in my Business Information Systems course talking to these guys about gaming and whatnot. I particularly found this one cat (let's call him corn flakes), to be interested in alot of RPG & stratagey games. I thought it was cool, and they way he spoke of these games, sorta struck a chord, could he be in GATT? I idientified myself and so did he. Low and behold pablo_tt met cereal killer. Dayum, just another example of how GATT is around you

Yo guys, I came from the mall this afternoon and I saw laptop city with a z-5500 sitting in it's showroom. First thing to capture my attention was the subwoofer, 12 inchies I believe!!! I asked the guy to gime me a lil demo and boy, bass immc!!!!! The surround was pretty ok and the soundquality was superb. After seeing that sitecker for the speaker set, I realized it would take a few years well before I could buy that set, for 4 grand, it's worth it, but for those who have d papah for it

Hey guys, I've been playing games with my Geforce Fx 5200 card, I know it's not all that hot up or anything, but I must admit, it is doin well especially when games like Doom 3 & Half Life 2 come to mind. I've been discussing all the time with cereal_killer about me getting the 6600GT AGP 8x version (When I check up on Nvidia's website there's an AGP 8X version & a PCI express version). He tells me that is the way to go. So, I wanted to know if anyone has owned one or has played on one to tell me what it's like.

Hey guys, I, being a long time supporter & user of Nero have hit a snag. I know alot of you guys have gone to Service Pack 2 for WIndows XP. I have been using Nero 6.3.1.25 Ultra edition for a while on ym machine, untill one day, it just stopped working. I went to Microsoft's website, and they said that Nero 6 Ultra would have some compatibility issues. WHen I visited Nero's site, they said 6.3.1.25 would work cuz the fixed some XPSP2 compatibility issue. One of my friends who has XP SP2 uses a totally different Nero, Nero 6 Enterprise edition. I was wondering if any of you guys could she light on this Nero dilemma and let me know waht I can do puhlease!!!!

Hey people of GATT. I'm a memeber that might only be remembered by the village elders of GATT (namely Baego, Rampage, Cobo & stuff). I was aptedly named THe Mac Man for my addiction to Macs. WEll, jus so you know I am bacl, and this time for good. I am currentlly working on a gamning machine project to build my own gaming PC from scratch, and I plan to test it out at an upcoming sweat. I may even look to buy all the parts from buy.co.tt. Hope to see the old & new faces of GATT at a sweat soon!
