Record of Lodoss War (Friggin hard game!!)
Skies of Arcadia
Phantasy Star Online (the online play BEFORE Sega stopped policing it and was harsh with cheaters. Cheaters just killed the whole experience)

Fusion Frenzy, altho not action-adventure, is a pretty good multiplayer game. Mech Assault and RAW is war 1 or 2 are also good games to have in the multiplayer department. And of course lets not forget Pandora Tomorrow

The more unpronuncable a weapon or move is...the cooler it looks.

Guns and other large dangerous objects are very easy to carry around ...up your ass (except in Ghost Recon, rocket lauchers can't fit up there)

AI(Artificial Intelligence)= Is the behavior of a computer controlled game character. Good AI is believably human-esque. Bad AI is directed by Steven Spielberg

If you team up with a powerful ally somewhere to the middle of the game... chances are you are some lost 'Key' of sorts that opens up a doorway to the 29th level of Heaven where God has a special sandwich that gives whoever eats it the power to sing like Barbera Streisand and immobilize armies with their voice. Of course you never find that out until they're ready to sacrifice you and you need to fight them for your very soul and all of a sudden you gain the strength and power to fight back even tho they have like a BILLION hit points and you just have 9999

PC Gaming / Best Xbox game

Otogi 2. I played the demo of Otogi 1 and it was cool, the folks at ign says that thus far it has got to be the BEST looking game (graphicswise) for Xbox ever. And well then there's Fable, Ninja Gaiden and Halo 2 (the name STILL doesn't make much sense)

PC Gaming / Consolers
« on: January 06, 2004, 10:20:13 PM »
Well with people always blasting the consoles boasting about how much better PC is  (but always seemingly forgetting that they also cost a hell of a lot more) alot of the console enthusiasts take it as waste of time cause more often that not, if a game is also out on computer or emulated, you ALWAYS hear "Oh this game is crap unless I have my keyboard and mouse" or someting to that effect. If its a split screen game, the fact that someone is better never seems to register and cries of cheating and "looking in my screen" are heard. Consoles have alot of potential in GATT but the PC "hardcore" gamers need to open their minds and lighten the hell up a bit! *teleports out grumbling something about being poor*

Dreamcast online games used to run really well on dial-up with only minimal lag. But the games these days need to be on broadband cause its more than just game data in the case of Live there's voice data as well

PC Gaming / YOUR IDEA FOR A GAME!!!!!
« on: November 21, 2003, 05:29:18 PM »
I was thinking of one where you took trinidad politics and applied it to a RPG. Someone awakes in a world of two opposing races of horned creatures the Straight Horns and the Curl Horns both have  leaders who are fighting for supremacy try to incite the tired and war ravaged creatures against each other. Telling them to fight for their "rights" by trampling on the other horns'. Well i have all th particulars worked out but it turns out in the end that the leaders of both races was one entity trying to destroy the planet, turning the 2 races against each other because if they were to (heaven forbid) work together the races would evolve into one super race that...... well that would be telling too much 8)

I've been playing Record of Lodoss war for DC and the game and story are pretty cool. Right now I have a kinda dislike for Parn and Deedlit and i wanted to see if they were just as big (expletive witheld) in the series as they were in the game...anyone know where i could buy the series at a reasonable price in trinidad?

PC Gaming / sonic

Intelligent....hmm
Was sega making a knock at Nintendo when they designed Eggmund? I mean look at them they're pretty close in design.... Fat man in red with a prominent moustache. Of course as Touya knows i always thought that sonic was suposed to be Felix the cat (Make sonic black remove the spines and thicken up the apendages voila) just as Mario's moustache was SUPPOSED to be a SMILE.
Anyway back to my point. Mario's adventure had him beating up a whole bunch of animals to rescue a princess. Sure we can say he was being noble but it looks like lust to me. Sonic however beat up a whole bunch of robots (man's creation) and one human....cause it was right...there was no princess, no reward other than nature being restored. True both franchises are fun to play but as far as a favourite I'll go with Sonic.

(.....and I still waiting for Sonic CD eh Touya!! After all you got to mend all that was "Riven")

If your consoles have blood you should reaaaaallly get them checked out.

Besides for all we know the Infinium Phantom might end up ruling the console arena
