The Fractal Design Define Nano S is a real joy to work in. It has all of the benefits of small form factor, with none of the compromises.
If anything the PSU was almost too large, so any potential buyers, keep that in mind if considering this case.
Of course, by no means is the Corsair 250D a bad case, but I just think the Nano S makes better use of space in the traditional ATX layout.

Next step...install some NZXT Hue+ RGB lighting...if I can ever get one. The thing is never in stock.

Recently got my hands on a sweeeeeet EVGA SLI bridge...

Only learned after I got it that it lights up.
Sadly my cards aren't on that very short compatibility list.
Not a problem...my side fan would block it anyway.

Good ol HAF-X yes...anything fitting.

Already seeing an improvement of 4C overall at max load. It easily matches and/or exceeds the performance of the Rasa custom loop it replaced...with a smaller rad.

Amazing.

Finally decided to move the rig into some more modern digs, befitting it's Master Race status...

I will admit...the Cooler Master HAF-X I've called 'home' for my rig since 2009 has been a real trooper,
seeing quite a few platform upgrades since I first started using it, but as performance has increased,
power-consumption has decreased, and I no longer have the need of such a monster case.

What can I say about the Phanteks Enthoo Pro...?
It's an absolute joy to build in. Aesthetically, it's certainly a step up from the HAF-X.
It does what it does quite well, albeit in a slightly smaller space. It could have benefited from
just an inch more up top, as I had to really manhandle that EK cooler to get it to fit...but it fit, with not a single mm to spare.

All-in-all, I'm pretty happy with how this upgrade turned out.

That's it for upgrades for 2016.....

Who am I kidding.

I'll be replacing/modding those GPU power cables with some black/grey cable extensions.
That ugly rainbow 24-pin PSU cable is getting the same treatment as well.
CableMod, here I come.

Looking good man. Got the same case as well, it really is a breeze to work with. Been eyeing that same EK cooler but I think I'm good on upgrades for now.

Let me warn you one time...if your motherboard has tall heatsinks above the CPU socket you'll have a devil of a time getting that cooler in there.

Cumulatively, this one took the better part of EIGHT HOURS to assemble...and I haven't even put any decals on it yet.

...but part of the enjoyment is in the journey.

Now I need a base to put it on, and another one to make a nice diorama.
