True but only if they can make the follow on.272 to go.
That's a hard sell especially with Gayle down.Unless Lara or Sarwan steps up I don't see this happening.
They'd need to bat out tomorrow and get close to SA score to have a hope of a draw.

Fixtures and results

JOHANNESBURG, South Africa -  South Africa, choosing to bat, were dismissed for 561 in their first innings on the second day in the opening cricket Test against West Indies at the new Wanderers Stadium on Saturday.
Jacques Kallis hit the top score for South Africa of 158, his 12th Test hundred, to follow his captain Graeme Smith 132 on the opening day. Half-centuries from Martin van Jaarsveld and Herschelle Gibbs along the way helped beef up the total.

Wavell Hinds was the pick of the West Indies bowlers with three wickets for 79 runs from 17.4 overs, but there were two wickets apiece for Mervyn Dillon, Fidel Edwards and Corey Collymore.

South Africa lost their last five wickets in the period between lunch and tea extended by 20 minutes after the last wicket pair of Robin Peterson with 25 and Makhaya Ntini with 22 not out added 41.

Earlier, Collymore made the breakthrough after lunch when Mark Boucher was caught at gully for 27, but Shaun Pollock entered and lifted the tempo in a stand of 54 with Kallis for the seventh wicket.

Dillon bowled Kallis after he had batted nearly seven hours, faced 297 balls and struck 17 fours and one six, while Hinds had Pollock caught behind for 30 and bowled Andre Nel for a first-ball duck to leave South Africa 520 for nine.

But Ntini and Peterson played with enterprise against the weary West Indies attack to further frustrate the visitors.

AND DOH MIND HINDS MISS OUT IN HE BATTING MAN WAS ON HAT TRICK AND THING!!
