what you guys think of this show?

The series deals with a research scientist named Walter Bishop (described as "Frankenstein mixed with Albert Einstein" and portrayed by John Noble), his son Peter Bishop (Joshua Jackson), and an FBI agent, Olivia Dunham (Anna Torv) who brings them back together. The show is described as a cross between The X-Files, Altered States, The Twilight Zone and Dark Angel .

^^the comparison above had me very interested, and that was even before i saw any of the shows. This Show WIN!!

I used Eztv.it to D/L the shows since Flow doesn't have Fox.

I cant give a full idea yet. Seems like a modern day X files......and after being all hyped and let down with the Xfiles im skeptical. The first 2 eps were .......gross?....but interesting...i downloaded 3 and will watch it soon.

OK, I just watched a substantial amount of the 1st season of this show.
It gets the official *Arcman Approved* stamp.

Great show. Forget the X-Files comparison. In my opinion, its superior to X-Files, but it definitely
pays homage. Get this s#!t. YESTERDAY.

...and keep an eye out for 'The Observer'.

Anna Torv was the voice of Nariko in Heavenly Sword..
I'm obsessed with Heavenly Sword.

So will check this series out

I think it's inferior to X-Files. Unlike X-Files, it's completely un-subtle and the episodes progress like CSI episodes which is to say they don't. But it is oddly compelling, they have a focused main story arc that they are addressing and the episodes are getting better.

The only reason to watch is Denethor from LoTR, John Noble. He's hilarious.

well i've seen the first 6 episodes and I really, REALLY got into it. never followed X-Files so I can't compare. but what i've seen so far has me hooked. but I haven't seen any new episodes released in a while. has the season ended? pleeeeeeeease don't tell me they canceled it

lol, no the show is still going on.

There's 14 episodes so far, and the new ones to continue Season 1 will be out next month.
It has a 22 episode season.

Can't wait.

The show is pretty predictable...a rinse and repeat formula.

Some wierd stuff happens, walter babbles about some trivial nonsense like he wants a milkshake or something, he says he was employed by the government to work on a similar tech that someone else has perfected and comes up with the most insane solutions to solve said problem.
