The only thing that might come back to haunt you there is that motherboard.  It uses the Nvidia Nforce 750i chipset,
which some have said don't perform as well as it should, and are chock full of issues.  Even Nvidia themselves have admitted
to problems with their desktop and laptop chipsets.  So thats something to consider.

You should probably look at this board instead.  Intel has been hitting their stride lately with their new chipsets
so anything from the P965 and up are good, and its cheaper than the P5N-D as well.

Everything else is fine.

wrt to the Kingston if you plan to OC stay away from it. I have 4gb of that stuff, the OC head room is balls. (hyperx 800 4-4-4-4-12 2.0v)

Quality is still up to par, just that it kinda sucks for OCing. If you running it at the rated speeds though it works flawlessly.

go with some decent corsair 4 4-4-4-12s or the dominators they OC like bitoches

i also agree with arcs board suggestion.

never use palit so i cant have an opinion on that...but why not a 4850? (fraid them thurr drivers?)
I though ATI had the advantage with the AA/AF on with them cards?

i would go with a CORSAIR CMPSU-650TX

i have 2 corsair PSUs at home a 450VX and a 520HX, these things are 2 of the best investments i ever made, and that 450 have more current on it that that TT...

i recommend this because...
1. >80% versus >70% TT efficiency
2. this single 12v rail has 52A on the 650TX versus a 29A on the TT
3. seriously is 10US more...no brainer here...you can ask captain for the low down he have the bigger bro to this

if you are ordering from newegg why not skip KFC for a month and order a 4850 for 170 ? Especially if you plan to keep the card for 2 or 3 years it will make a big difference .

DX 10.1 support and more power  than the 9800gt makes it worth the price difference.

Thanks for the feedback fellahs. Just to give a little update, I got the items listed above, only difference is the memory (OCZ 4GB DDR2) and graphics card (Evga 9800gtx). I will check up some more reviews online. Btw, what is the general consensus on people getting to fit the thermaltake toughpower series power supplies in some atx cases?
