...and this is why you need a MP beta nowadays folks.  I really do hope other 'modern warfare' proponents are taking note.  When we spend our money, we want a finished, polished product.  No one wants to pay for the 'privelige' of being a beta tester.  You know who you are.  :)

With all due respect to arc and his new hoss, I personally do NOT like this game. Whilst i've had no 'strange' crashes or anything of the sort with the beta on XBL, I must say that the game experience on the CONSOLE (at least the 360) is not as smooth or crisp as MW2 (YES I SAID IT). It IS pretty and destructable environments are a nice touch. However the LACK of cooperation and the questionable physics make it a epic fail for me. By physics I mean the shooting feels inaccurate, I found myself shooting at targets and not hitting or missing targets and hitting (I do consider LAG has something to do with this perhaps) but the point is I DO NOT have those issue on MW2. I believe I may have to try this on a PC with DEDICATED SERVERS because the experience so far is NO WHERE as GOOD as MW2 imho.

I have yet to play this game since it was patched. I hope it fixes many of the issues concerning the frequent crashes and graphical glitches even with no overclock on my cards.

I thought it was just my aim was off when it took practically an entire clip to kill people.

I will try to play later and see if any of these are sorted.

...and its quite OK that you don't like it.  The pacing is not as frenetic as MW2.  What you said there is a common complaint I have heard from other hardcore MW2 players.  The reason you like MW2 is the very reason I don't like it.  Just a lot of running, running, running...ALL the time.  BC2, seems a lot more 'real', with so much more stuff to DO.

...and you can snipe pilots out of choppers. :)

I can understand what you're saying (I still think I need to experience this on the PC to appreciate it). Though there are ppl on MW2 that slow the game down and there have been instances where we slowed it down esp in domination matches.

I honestly find this game is more frantic than cod4, havent played mw2 so I cant make the comparison.  Since it is objective based and if your attack is too slow it gives the enemy time to defend properly I find myself runnin from place to place looking for that chink in the defense... while dodging sniper bullets, grenades, assault rifle fire and the occasional idiot who wants to knife me instead of shooting me in the back.

Like any game it depends on the player, some may find it is more slow paced, I find it is high paced.

Oh and Arc I was in a game pickin the pilots out of the chopper, the funny part is that as soon as I killed one another jumped in, kept repeating until the gunner got angry and started shooting at me... I wasnt on him but since he kicked up the snow he got me vex and I shot him outta the chopper too, but because I did the chopper ended up takin off.  Since I knew a lot of people would be angry I moved to a new spot and behold a procession of people up the hill where I was to kill me(hiding in the bushes at the foot of the hill)

I dunno if this is right or not, given the fact that a lot of the servers I've played on are UK, but the shooting lag I think has to do with 'realistic' bullet velocities, extremely noticeable when using the Sniper rifle

@ W1ntry
explain inaccurate shooting
i've not had any problem takin guys out at distance with an SMG

were u goin full auto?
cuz only in MW2 u can shoot an AR/SMG/LMG at full auto an be dead accurate at distance

my ONLY 2 complaints with the game so far are

1. vehicle scrubs: these ppl need to learn that u dont sit an wait for tanks an choppers to spawn before u start playing. Too many ppl rely on tanks an choppers instead of ur own gun.

2. so far game rel easy tbh
wen we use to sweat it all it took was me , dvon, limit, an sometimes woody wud join us as well, to wreck a team
even wen we playin d ass we really didnt seem to lose any games at all

i like a challenge, thats why i play mp shooters for the challenge
if a game too easy i lose interest fast

Lol yeah it is easy if you have an organized squad using teamwork and playing against a bunch of random people. Communication is key and when a team isn't using voice comm etc. it shows hehe.

I have both and enjoy both, yeah the bfbc2 beta is a lil glitchy but hey it's a beta.

With the whole physics being off thing, I think it's actually a lil more challenging, yes hit detection needs to be tweaked a lil but the fact that you're almost 1000 yards away from a man and have to put the cross hairs a little over his head to get a head shot is awesome.

But to everyone his own, I have both so I play either one heheh

@ Notodd nice vid
should help out the mw2 folk that are strugglin to adjust

Lol yeah it is easy if you have an organized squad using teamwork and playing against a bunch of random people. Communication is key and when a team isn't using voice comm etc. it shows hehe.

das d problem right there
the ps3 is an anti social console
not alot of communication goes on in online games amongst randoms
which in turn makes almost every game easy if u in a party
excpt for socom and mag....especially socom

also it wasnt very smart of EA to only allow u to communicate within your own squad, it should hav an option to talk to the rest of the team so tactics can really shine.

party size limited to only 4 is also a bad move imo

Wheys that video real truthful yes, was in a game yesterday before you had come in Notodd was doing it to men... including 2 people from the forums here, you know who you are.  While I raining death down on people with the apache one of the 2 only arming bombs and the next one only sending one setta rpg at me(I aint going and forgive you for shooting me down).  When we play it we use my padna vent server, I had noticed that the fellah who only armin bombs get quiet but I didnt study it... until both bombs were taken down in a flash.

As the video said, you can be the best player in the world a super sniper that kills a guy then takes out the medic that revives him and then works on all his friends(yes I am throwing that to the fellah that had shot down mih mc apache with a rpg) but without a good team behind you will lose.

That is one of the things I find so good about this game, it is easy enough to cut thru the defense and arm a bomb but without squadmates behind you, you cant hold it until it blows.

And Notodd you are a good pilot, wish I coulda meet up with you in bf2 days!!
