Slaming boy, I just had to give you another +1 for misfits.

Finished season 2 and it was definitely one of the better series I've ever seen.

simon ftw yes.

Now to find something to tide us over till Season 3 is released.

Episode 1 of Spartacus: Gods Of The Arena is now 'available', and boy oh boy,
its like they never left.  Story actually picks up in the past, when Batiatus just
bought slave Crixxus.

Lots of that good ol sex and violence present, so hide ya kids, but not ya wife.  :laughing7:

Yea Cape going decent so far. lil tacky but it has some decent performances.

I also recommend a British series called Primeval. think Jurassic Park mixed with Doctor Who. sorta. It has four seasons so far. If you love dinosaurs, good sci fi and dry British Humor you would enjoy this.

The first three seasons had a slightly loopy storyline, but the characters really made the show.

Season 4 so far is throughly epic. It is doing stuff I haven't seen other series do (see for yourself)

If you take in this series though, don't get attached to ANYONE the dreadest characters drop like flies.

Season 1 & 4 were the best imo.

lol @ Cape.

Tacky is the right word.

I dunno man, I tried giving it a chance...big fan of Keith David and all....but the show feels like something from the early 90s.

Mantis-ish

and come on, enough with the "no guns" approach. The man is an ex cop / ex soldier. You'd think he'd bring some fire power to his vigilante efforts instead of just a cape.

Now Spartacus: Gods of the Arena.

THAT is TV

+1 iymc

Just the thing to wash the emotions away from my soul after a marathon viewing of Lost (Episode 4 through 6)

Will look into Primeval as well

Just finished the season finale of Spartacus: GotA

eeeeeeeeeeeeeebaaaaaaaaaw!

Now that is testosterone done right.

They set the bar extremely high with the first season and the prequel did not disappoint. Only Six episodes but what it lacked in quantity it made up for in quality.

The formula remained the same and there ain't nothing wrong with that.

Extreme Violence, Extreme Language, Extreme Scheming, Extreme Debauchery.

The battle royale in the finale left me elevated beyond my station

Gannicus and Crixus ftw.

Rated a firm 10 fallen gladiators out of 10

Now let us turn thought towards prosperous future.

How yuh like Solonius backstab and twist-knife when he strike that deal with Vetius.

We all know how Quintus eventually sort dat in Blood and Sand.

I never see so much scheming in just six episodes of a TV-show.  WHEW!!!

That Primus battle was epic in every sense of the word.
I thought the dude with the net woulda get pwned from the start,
but he sort reallll men with it.  Flames and all.

Sheeeeeit...I goin home and watch dat again today yes.  :laughing7:
