So I call Flow Support again tonight.
They said that there's nothing wrong with Flow's network. No congestion, no signal problems or anything.
I explain all the above to them... I know others experiencing the same problem.
The guy said that I might have spyware on my computer or my router acting up :/.

CLEARLY it isn't my pc or router:

If flow is indeed correct that nothing is wrong..then what could be causing these problems o_O ?

Same experience I have with calling the phone support. This is why I wrote a strongly worded note on their Facebook group. Almost EVERY night I get horrible pings and jitter resulting in an unbearable online gaming experience. They HAVE to do better than this shit after all I paying 350mc dollars every month. Best I either downgrade to 2mbps or go back to TSTT yes, at least I never had this problem with them.

It tends to work well during off peak times for me, as for download speeds I don't get anything near 10 mbit during the day anymore. Only late at night and early mornings...

Guys, earlier this week I left a less than pleasent comment on Flow's facebook group. Basically, the shitty ping and lag issues had me ticked and calling customer support wasnt getting me far.

Fellas, I must say, Flow have some realll bess customer support and I feel like they care dread. I got a call not 5 minutes ago from someone in the communications department that explained to me that they were doing some upgrades up to tuesday or so this week to the system countrywide and how I found the experience was since then, also if things were still bad they would send someone by me to test.I told her that pings were fine last night and gaming session went smoothly etc etc.

Ah feel like a biteup shilling and not pissed at them anymore. At least I have someone I can call now when the normal tech support not doing it for me. Now is time for some heavy sweat to see how much improvements their upgrades really made.

Hmm well good going FLOW, though in the past I have gotten a response from them, call back to ensure things ok....yet service still falters from time to time. I remember earlier this year getting dial up speeds. Hopefully things will continue to perform well.

I must say though that I thought it was just me having improved performance during the latter half of this week. I was on youtube the other night and thinking to myself how come the videos loading so fast.....on 720p quality lol. And well that screenshot I posted with the 1209 KB/s rate, yup still getting that speed during the day hehe.
