Life isn't fair

I have never built a PC for my living room with all new parts and certainly not going to start now.

hand me downs idmc.

Have had several over the years and they worked perfectly fine. As does my current steam machine.

Can't argue with the price. A lot of great deals found right here on this very forum.

Indeed but it isn't that useful for those looking at buying new parts. It would be interesting to see such a comparison, ie. a new console compared to a new pc build.

Hardly news to the techies on here, we have been saying that from inception.

Just key to highlight to people that there are some phenomenal deals to be had locally that makes a secondary PC for your living room an affordable option.

I have literally picked up gobs of ram for TT$200, an intel i5 processor for like TT$400, an epic case for TT$200 and more.

Even got an entire system (case, mobo, ram, cpu, etc...) for TT$500 two weeks ago.

That's with zero shipping costs. Right here in sweet tnt.

tl dr, keep an eye on the trading grounds for your steam machine / htpc needs if you want to save some $$

No more games for windows live (YESSSSSS!!!!

), better matchmaking, don't have to sign into a separate application to use the multiplayer, MUCH easier to invite other steam users. (Ive had a lot less hitching, the lobby system seems perfect, and invitations seem streamlined) one hitch is audio looping but u could mute people in the party.

You could also redeem the amazon based purchases on steam now and give that same key to someone who doesn't have. (so you pretty much have 2 keys in one)

Also could upgrade to ultra come august at a discount.

This is kind of a big deal imo, usually fighters are notoriously bad on pc,(in regards to online multiplayer at least) this is a big step in the right direction. The only other fighter with this much polish on the pc is skullgirls.

hmm unfortunately my praises seem premature.

tested some more matches today (lobby), and got some horrible lag. Don't know if it was the other players, myself or steam itself, but it was nowhere near as good as the last experience.
