Oh how nice. No backward compatibility for legacy PCI. Seven PCI-E? For what? 3 is more than enough for me thanks. There's nothing there that I really want.

Standard feature on most X58 boards. Achieved this on my MSI X58 pro via a simple bios update.

This IS a workstation mobo btw. But i'm sure noone read the article to figure that out XD

Of course I saw the "ws" in the model name denoting a workstation class board. Still, apart from the stupid amount of pci-e slots, there's nothing that really separates that board from the rest of the x58 boards. Well there's also the Serial scsi etc etc but you catch my drift.

Although it is drool-worthy, I can't EVER see myself needing such a motherboard.
All boards of the same chipset usually perform within 3 - 7% of one another anyway,
and that includes the 'high-end' ones, so I'll pass.  Still, it IS rather kickazz.
