Nah, not region blocked either. They just haven't released it for pre-orders as yet.
I got mine with my GTX580, so its already attached to my steam games list.

as much as I want this on pc, kinda fedup of the GFWL dramas, actually considering getting this on ps3 instead. Will wait to see how the Pc version fares though.

I see Newegg has deals with almost every 5xx series card having this game bundled with them for when it releases. If your looking to upgrade ur gpu and get this game, best time to get em both i'd say.
