muscle milk is not a fat burner eh
dont get that twsited. Its a great mass tool but not for fat burning, it has far too many calories for a fat burning tool.

zomg this week has been intense! return to judo and continuation of p90x!!
MY muscles bawwwllinn!!
And that brings me to the topic of recovery.
Epsom salts is a under utilised  aid that body builders use for muscle  recovery (OBVIOUSLY DOH GO AN EAT IT EH!!)
but soaking your wraps in the salts and of course the tried and true post carnival soak in de salts in ah tub work miracles for muscle recovery.

Ice and wrapping have long been a favourite of mine, post football or post judo wrapping is awesome.

THen there is the nutritional side of recovery. The shakes help alot, taking 2 doses of seven seas is a great aide as well as a solid multi vite (liquid is always best)

What you guys specifically using for recovery.

yea dude it calorie packed but  it helps burn fat i can say that frankly cuz i've seen it while i was using the thing i wldn't back sumn that doesn't work well at least it worked for me  read below:

Muscle Milk may contain slightly more fat than older ultra-carb products, our Lean-Lipids are designed to help you get leaner.

Muscle Milk helps grows muscle faster than gainers, whey or even creatine. This increased muscle growth is possible because Muscle Milk is the first product patterned after Nature's ultimate anabolic food--human mother's milk.
Locked within human mother's milk are long-held secrets to muscle growth potential previously considered impossible. After years of study, we've unlocked these secrets! We then took the next step and actually duplicated these important muscle growth factors into Muscle Milk. Muscle Milk Helps You Grow Muscle Like Never Before.

Growth promoting as human milk is, we found ways to improve on it for even greater muscle synthesis. For example, we reduce lactose and fat, while discovering a way to recreate the lean-promoting lipids in human milk. Plus, we add a breakthrough that enables you to make more of your own creatine.
Muscle Milk triggers new levels of muscular growth in 3 ways other products can't:

    1. Creatine GCC - Help Support Your Body's Own Creatine Production
We discovered a revolutionary method to increase your body's own production of muscle energy critical creatine. These creatine factors help your body to produce more creatine than normal. Creatine supplements are good, but so is your body's making more of its own. Plus, Creatine GCC scavenges toxic homocysteine, an enemy of muscle growth.

    2. Evopro--Nature's Ultimate Anabolic Protein-Amino Blend
Human milk is composed of highly unique and complex proteins, peptides and amino acids, which is why it grows human muscle tissue so rapidly. EvoPro includes these alpha and beta micellar caseins, and more. Nature created this precise mix to stimulate muscle growth to higher levels, and EvoPro is the ultimate nitrogen source to deliver it.

    3. LeanLipids--"Good Fats" that Help You Get Leaner
Human milk contains custom fat structures that actually promote leanness, while retaining more energy in the body. This promotes thermogenesis, enabling protein and amino acids to be used for muscle growth at higher levels. LeanLipids even help retain minerals critical to muscle contraction, and are a great source of these customized lipids for serious athletes.

you cant trust the marketing info they give you.
I was on muscle milk for about 8 months while hardcoring it in the Gym
Never lost fat, got stronger though.

Then i went body glow and was buying some stuff and the uber strongman dere was like nah if you trying to burn fat dont use muscle milk and got me looking into the difference between the shakes. Some are for lean muscle mass, some are for straight up mass, none of these shakes are really made for burning fat in the sense we talking bout.

ohhh ok ok if the main aim is only for fat-loss well then it wldn't be the way to go but for mass gain with the least amt of fat i tink the MM shld be good enuff without using amino tabs a stuff

Quickest way to lose weight get food poisoning an go on a liquid diet for a week :ko: lost 13 lbs i guess it wuz mostly water weight but damn...
