Local PS3 YLOD/Blinking Red Light Victims

Now I don't know if anything like this has been done before, or if this is frowned upon (if so, my apologies) but I thought it'd be interesting to see how many PlayStation 3 owners locally (or at least for now on GATT) have suffered from the "Yellow Light Of Death" or the "Blinking Red Light" malfunction and their current status.

my brother got it. i think he took it to zeromedia. paid between 6-900 to fix it. that was at least 2 months now. it still works well. i can find out the details if you need more info

I got the Red blinking Light......PS3 refused to turn on for a couple hours. After we gave up. Tried it a day later and it was working.
