On the positive side, a co worker of mine actually got a refund check for $4000.00 from them for non performance of his internet connection over a three year period or so. lol

I not talking about a credit on your phone bill eh, a real to life check. Didn't think it was possible!

Did you call them yet, whenever my net goes to shit I make sure to call them just to give a point of reference. Basically to show that since this date when I called you the net has been giving trouble, so therefore from this date I have not been getting the service I paid for. Comes in handy when you want to get back money or get a month free.

All the ping test I perform usually picks up a server in Florida, but this week it picked up one server in Panama and one server in what seemed to be St. Maarten. What d hell allyuh up tuh TSTT? eh? Steups!

i was also getting something like .06kbps download speed, so all I have to say is..

Preston, also try that test to an international server. Like Fort Myers Florida or so.

Would be interesting to see the results.

Got an email from TSTT apologizing for performance issues with their broadband service and that speeds were slow.

I'll try and post it up later

San Fernando the browsing was horrendous last nite but it normal now

but the download speeds still shyt 20k and lower

thank god i have ah neighbour with a 25MB Flow unsecured connection

but the router set to 802.11b so i only getting 11MB connection but i not complaining

hopefully this thing tstt doing will be resolved soon....sighs

I thought it was fixed but it looks like it is not, but thankfully it is not as bad as before. Was getting like 20k before, currently getting fluctuating speed, right now it is holding at 110k. All I can say is at least the pings are staying partially okay enough for me to run some games or real people was getting cuss on 824 TSTT.
