toss in a lil php code to scale linked images so they fit nicely in the fixed forum width without need for scroll bars.

Its a good idea.

We have this enabled on the home page.

Could look at enabling it for the entire forum as well but wary of the performance penalty on the server.

As is, we only automatically resize "attached" images for the forum, not linked ones.
