New forum boards on GATT 10

So we did some moving around of some topics and areas of the forum to give highlight to various things. As most of you would have noticed, the console section has been split into 3 sections instead of 1 general section in order to give each console its due.

The PC Gaming section now has 2 Child Boards. One dedicated to StarCraft 2 and the other to MOBA games (DOTA, DOTA 2, HoN, LoL).
