We coral the team. Keep everyone on track and on time. That includes budget (memory, time and cost) as well as morale of the team in order.
Engineers report to their lead, Artists report to their lead, Design reports to their lead. ALL the leads report to the Producer(s). Producer(s) then report to Directors.
