The cel shaded aspect of Wind Waker in my opion was very necessary. Some aspects of the game NEEDED to be in a cartoony format and woulda looked crappy othewise... or too violent (sticking a sword in a guy's skull)

My brother borrowed WW and I took a crack at it. I think the game looked horrible (My opinion). But if you can get past that the gameplay is actually pretty cool.

i agree, i think the cel shading took away from the game, people want to see more graphic violence and thing, the cel shading would have probably been better if they gave link a more realistic built, he looks kind of like a power puff girls character for crying out loud.

i my opinion to me this new zelda is what the zelda world is expected to look like, not like a saturday morning cartoon, but dark and violent

i'm not bad talking TWW in terms of gameplay, i know it's good
i just find the cel shading looked like crap
