Online my speed fluctuates between 15KB/s and 19KB/s

I believe shivadee goes Live with his residential ADSL line...don't see why you can't...give it a shot, just unplug your PC from it so that the XBox can get all the juice...

but i on cable now, so i getting around 200KB/S. when i head back to me 3mbit dsl i go be enjoying that speed once more

wtf, tstt? ok, i understand dsl. i understand ADSL.
but why, can i download max 16Kbps sustained, but i can upload more than 24Kbps sustained?
isnt is supposed to be the other way around? i want more downstream dammit.

Well, I get steady download speeds of 16Kbs. More than enough to SHOOT UP SOME MEN IN DEY MC online in SOCOM 2
