Guys,

The Three Top Tekken players of Trinidad get to face off with the best Guadeloupe has to offer during their GigaGames 2005 tournament.

The battle will be hosted on their island, where you will be staying from Friday 19th August to Monday 22nd at the Callinago hotel.

First Prize: TT$2000.00, A Nintendo DS and more

The venue for our GigaGames Qualifier will be at the following location.

I'm definitely there. Finally, i get the chance to face off against men like beago, Masters, tekken players of serious calibur. Ohh yeah, i was playing tekken 5 in the arcade yesterday, i was on that game for atleast 2 and a half hours, cause there wasn't a single sole who could've beaten me. I even showed off a lil trick i learned, i did this exactly, Knocked my opponent to the ground and after that he couldn't move, no response from anything on the machine. Perfect in he Mudda ching ching. The man went to get back he coin he thought something was wrong with the game, and something was, I WAS PLAYING IT.

here i put the last rulez of the gigagames tournament

max competitor -> 64

tournament type -> pools of 4 player (best of 3 per match) then best of 4 for the final phase

if there is equality in pools, the winner will be the one who have less loses, so, winning by 3-0 will be interesting for you

life -> 100%
rounds -> 3
time -> 60 sec
stage -> random
shortcuts -> allowed, but you must set it before begin your first match, and you can't change it after

Custom characters -> allowed, you come with your memory card
if trinidads players want it, we will give them the EUROPE save of the game before the tournament

Beago, hoss, i did it again today. i couldn't take another hit from bruce, the fella playing him was real good, never seen bruce played so good before, not the usual combos, different ones and thas what catch me off guard. but anyway, bruce lapse and i put him down on the ground, from there, no response from his side of the machine. the only thing brucy coulda do was absorb some dragon tail from law. he damn lucky i didn't pick kazuya, Nina, Brian or Steve, he would've never made it as far as he did. Anyway, if the big tournament is pools of 4, then how come trinidad only flying out 3 players.

I definitely gonna be playing hard this Sunday to make placement....Militant training going on up till then.

The man is a monster. Lihixxxxxxxxxxxx from a side.

The real surprise was RIO, coming out of nowhere to take first place in his group and further to be ranked as #2 in GATT. Second only to BryanMaster himself.

DRL was in prime fighting form. Talant.

Good efforts by Circuit, Collin and Clifford. (Those last two need to get some callsigns, wtmc, it's a scary trend)

More was expected from LordJin and myself no doubt. The only two stalwart Jin and DevilJin players in the tourney. We took a beating. Pressura. Much training needed.

big shout out to scarlet, shenju, ssjohan and flip who helped with tourney administration and equipment.

The tournament was real cool. As i said it would happen, rio was the only man to give Bryan masters competition. But bryan seriously sick boy, the strategy is to get his opponent to a wall and well, for the entire day, i haven't seen anyone able to get off the wall or out of a corner when he puts them there cause it's usually over when you get there. He juggles you from one side of the stage to the other. his combos are perfect, timing and precision, and bryan fury hits like a bit**.Sweat iwmc. I played law as my main character and made it to the final 8. The sad thing for Rio and myself is that we don't practise tekken, we just play off natural skill, so going to the tournament and seeing some of those combos and strategies left us with a lil urge to learn more, so we'll be practising from now on. Rio boy, the man come 2nd just playing basics, as he says a good offense wins games fast, but a great defense can win a game easier, so thas what he did, he defended properly and mixed up his moves a lil bit. He'll be practising, and when he does learn some more characters and combos we'll see what happens, i know bryan will be looking forward to the rematch. Well done to everyone else too.
