go somewhere where u can be alone and just scream....let out the frustration, pop in 50cent cd and listen to it on max volume.

hmmm..talk to someone...an impartial someone who will not judge u based on anything else and can give an honest opinion.

maybe we need a GATT shrink.

if all else fails do what i did this weekend, disappear from humanity, ignore your cellphone and go somewhere where no one knows u and do whatever the hell u want to do.  Ignore veryone else and all their expectations and needs and have some U time.

Talk to the"man upstairs", he never turn anyone down as far as I'm concerned. Or you can hit something and scream...honestly I shouldn't talk because I can also be depressing but talking to the "man upstairs" is your best bet.

I personally think that talkin' to yourself works

When ur alone and you just sit and reflect and talk things out within urself
things would eventually make sense

If you still don't understand what going on in ur life talk to ur mommy

You may think that she knows nothing and is clueless to what going on in ur life ...... trust me she already knows
If not an adult that is very very close to you.... remember they were young too and they may know a thing or two of the situation

Friends sometimes have the tendency to tell you s#!t

Don't take me wrong but I've been talking to myself since a young age...... the greatest minds in the world have been known to talk to themselves

Try it you might like it...lol ^_^

I come and go and you didn't even know I was there. But my presence is missed. I 'm not just an Illusion

Wow, I was real afraid to click on this thread...I mean I actually had a good time for the past couple days and wasnt feeling to get depressed...but kinda glad that I did, anything to help out a fellow gatter....

Well, the basics are Music, Games and Talking...and as you said those things dont work...just let your self go...go and pelt a rounds...beat up somebody, go in the bush and scream...what ever gets rid of that tension...if THAT does work, try the spritiual approach, like what la desse was saying...just unhitch your self from the world, dont answer your phone, stay away from msn matter afact, just stay away from everything! Lie down in your bed for the whole weekend and read up on a good book or something, if thats not your thing well im sure you atleast know what I'm talking about...

But even if you do get relaxed and unstressed and what not...take steps to ensure you wont get like that again, then whats the point in going through all of that trouble for? Like pace your self! Nothing is so important that you have to jepordize your health....well unless its the health of a loved one(and the only other exception is an allnighter to play game ;))

Well...yea!
