DSL Down

Anyone dsl went down yesterday ..probably afternoon , not sure cuz waz at work ..came back and it  had no connectivity to net..checked to router admin page for this stupid paradyne modem only to see the gateway ip is empty

wanna hear the funny thing..im not getting it back no matter wat i try (reseting, hard reset,factory settings restore, switch off for awhile, update firmware again lol)

they havent seen a bill as yet. On another forum site (tstt problems.com) , others had the same problem ..

Its a problem with the Paradyne routers. TSTT is very much aware of the problem and they are supposed to be getting a new shipment (hopefully of a different brand) of routers which they will exchange with all customers with the paradynes.

I haven't noticed anything.

Alias, what you could try to do is try to ensure that all of the hardware connections for your DSL setup are in place.
Get a TSTT representative to help you test your connectivity, and see if they can help you troubleshoot the problem.

ours did some funky stuff in HQ as well.

Had to switch to the EVDO.

The DSL came back up eventually though, so we switched it back.
