- when yuh have to travel to Oropouche from Diego to trouble shoot a laptop. You diagnose a bad hard drive.
- 2 days later you leave home at 6:30am to reach south by 8am to buy the hard drive before going oropouche. As yuh walk out the door after spending $1000 for an 80GB laptop hard drive. You gat a call saying "doh bother. de boss behing like an @$$."
- the day after that you get another call saying "Yes, we want the drive now, but a 120GB instead of an 80GB." (that makes FOUR San Fernando trips in a work week)
- when travelling to San'do at 7am you see the worst traffic EVER by the Gasparillo flyover (somebody please tell me what is THAT all about?).
- 10 minutes later when yuh reach Sando: When yuh tell a taxi driver who nearly run you and others over while trying to cross the road "you is a kinda @$$ or what?" and he stop his car to give yuh back chat. He see us crossing and actually manoveur his car to go around us so he wouldn't have to stop. Why de [insert expletive] yuh stop after I buse yuh!?!? He lucky I didn't bother to get his plate...

- When you install windows 98 SE and use the SETUP /IV switch, the files copy ridiculously fast..like, 2 minutes i swear: WTMC??? (this one I jes learn by accident. the /IV switch does take off all the 'features' wording that appears during the file copy process.

the rants never stop.... sigh....

Dred I freelancing there, horse. My choice to travel that far. I just wish that ppl would not involve mein the office's red tape.. hire me, ensure the boss Ok my recommendations before hand and pay me when I done. But in this case, when I see my paycheck I go smile and say " ooooohhh YEAH B****es!!"

- when you helping a friend in the US with her Laptop using XP's Remote Assistance, and files you downloading on her PC occur at a rate of 500+ KB/s (read: 500 KiloBYTES per Second! Firefox dl in 10 seconds; AVG antivrus @ 17MB finish in under 40 seconds!! ) Shame, TSTT, shame for only now bringing us hi-speed over 256 kiloBITS per second!!
