When you order 3 items for your special someone via internet/skybox and when the package arrives you only find 2 of the 3 items in the box.

When the missing item is the one that you wanted to give her MOST of all. (you bought the other two items to complement the first one)

When a call to the skybox company reveals that only 2 days ago they got an email from miami saying that 'missing' item is still in Miami. It was classified as hazardous for air cargo (flammable). I have to wait till someone from the company is flying from Miami to TT with it in their personal luggage to get my item. So couldn't you have notified me the second you all realized it was hazardous for air travel so I could make alternate shipping arrangements??? I had to find it missing and CALL before you could give an explanation???

I am so disappointed. At least the rep did sincerely apologize when I explained the situation to her.

Hmm dangerous for air transport... aerosolls today use propone and other simple hyrdocarbons as the propellant... since cfcs were disbanded... thus flamable, thus dangerous for air shipping and also they can remove it from ur lugguage as well. It is quite possible you can't get it at all buddy.

WTMC for real my mom bought christmas stuff online from skybox.net ppl, the "real" skybox ppl, =160US i made the order... And they tell us now that 1 they cannot find it , but the bill for the shipping is at $4000. Santa really laughing at us this year eh boy Sax...

Took a quickie and managed to get to the customer without making a call. Apparently there was a lil bit of traffic by the mall there. Nex rendezvous planned for Friday
