To answer the questions:

NO alcohol was involved.
NO mind wander.... just the devil at work...

Incident #1:
A near replica of a near miss I posted about some years ago.
I'm in the left lane on Queen Park Savannah coming towards cipriani boulevard. As I make the right turn, some idiot flies through from the top of Cipriani (where you supposed to STOP) and only slams to a screching halt when he/she realizes he was about to hit me.... didn't move off again till i had reach the embassy... I had to pray ...

Incident #2
Nearly flip my car trying to come to a complete stop at Mucurapo road/Foreshoe traffice lights.... was pressing 140... hard brakes, then gear down to 2nd, then hand brakes was what it took to keep me behind the white line... albeit I was 45 degrees off the straight at that point.... Thank god my rear tyres are new...

incident #3
I just moved off after I get the green light from incident #2, up to speed when a dude decide to come halfway into my lane out of Peake's gas station and then come to a complete stop... not knowing who in in the right lane and nto wanting to risk hitting him trying to stop again, I just zip past the guy within mere inches of hitting him....

Incident #4
I now laughing in schock at what just happened in the last 30 seconds, but more is to come: I am in the right lane now, entering Diego and yet another idiot, seeing me comig from distance still decides to come out casually from the minor road opposite Victoria Gardens, never stoppping. I give him the near miss too by passing within inches while staying in my lane.

No need to state how glad I was to reach home...
