Yeah I have netflix and going to sign up for Amazon instant video as well. I wonder if hulu plus also takes our credit cards. With all these choices who needs cable lol.

Signed up for Amazon prime, their instant video works well though the selection isn't as big as netflix.

Sorry guys I can't fathom going through 189 pages in case this was asked already, how good is the ps3 as a media streamer?

Specifically internet stuff like Netflix etc and also from a pc (are there any limitations such as file types with workarounds?)

Is it responsive?(quick to act? Or long load times?)

I use it for the Tv outside with Netflix. Pretty responsive no issues there.

There is also an app called PS3 Media Server which works pretty well to source media from your media pc wirelessly. (Ive tested it out a little but not to any great degree)

Also there is PlayOn. Which is a paid service but works much better.

there is a trial that you could test yourself.

And I also gave the Amazon service a try, but its a far cry from Netflix.

Yeah amazon instant video isn't that great. I already have amazon prime for the shipping so this service is a nice little bonus (works great on our roku as well)

PlayStation Digital Platform Community Manager Morgan Haro made the announcement through the PlayStation Blog, letting everyone know what kind of content they could look forward to through PlayStation Plus in July.

Gotham City Imposters is a lighthearted look at the world of Batman with goofy heroes and villains battling for dominance on maps spread across a cartoony Gotham.

Pac-Man Championship Edition DX turns the series on its ear with high-energy, adrenaline-fueled twists on the classic gameplay. Finally,

Renegade Ops is a four-player top-down twin stick shooter that puts players behind the wheel of some seriously destructive vehicles in order to take down an evil warlord. All three games will be available free to Plus members as soon as the store update goes live Tuesday.
