Members I have a Call Of Duty 2 Server running 24/7, interested gamers please add to your favs address: trinitekcod2.servegame.com. Please you have the 1.3 patch installed.

You sure, cause other just added the address I gave under the IP address box and it worked.

Ok, I did that and was able to add it, but I have an 'acquired' version, so I can't play.
It was worth a try, so thanks anyway...

Yeah the acquired version works. Chunky used to have it up long time when I used to cut they arse. He just need to apply the server patch to his installation and he's golden. Arc, since you have it installed we could run some sweats. Lets hear back from chunky and his crew of flunkies.

The patch was already applied. Users connected today and the server is working...waiting on you GATT cats now.

ok how exactly so i connect to the server??
do i input that address into the ip field?
or do i search through the entire list of online servers for that one..
or something else?

ping the server name to get its ip address. You may not get a reply but thats ok, yo just need the ip. Add it and thats it.

TheApprentice, you can enter the address in the field or do as The_Unknown suggested. Make sure in the filters that you set Pure Servers to off and say yes to View Empty Servers.

Yeah spinner it easy, all you have to do is simply run CODMP then go to Join a Server, change to Favorites then add. Enter whatever name you want for the server e.g. TriniTek Forums (http://www.trinitekforums.com) COD2 Server then where you see IP address enter trinitekcod2.servegame.com

The sweat was good...but lawd... I swear not to play again until I get this horrible ping sorted out...
Humiliation to the highest degree....I managed to tie with WASD a few times..so that counts for something :P

i think i was trying the wrong server. I added the correct one, but all Im getting
is the 'Awaiting connection' screen.

Ihear yuh. We still have some guys with PCs that can't run COD4 yet. So until they upgrade I decided to run the server again. Not to worry a COD4 server on the way.
