games iz one of dem...ppl who center dere lives around one ting are misin out on plenty...
play games becuz u want to experience a well rounded life

cuz it's a nice way to relax, as how many of us have more than one way of letting off some steam....

yuh should change the topic to "how does life affect your gaming"
cause games is what is really about
and this real world scene (outside games) really crampin my style
stuff like having to eat and sleep and work does affect my gamin

I am currently fashioning my life so that gaming werks perfectly along with it.

It's a great way to escape, take out some of the frustrations by playin some street fighter or relaxin with a good rpg

I play game because i have a medical condition.
Peong-i-tis.
U see when i play game, I'm in a whole another world, a world that's not mine, a stress free world.
where parents, girlfriends, responsiblities could never come!!!!!
If i don't play game,
these people would drive me CRAZY!!

my general say is basically everything pple already said here.
while sometimes it is a way of life, every so often other things take up one's attention. It is addictive

Gaming isnt addictive certain game's are addictive
i could go rest of my life withut playing another sof or mohaa
or some of thoise otehr shitty ass fps [ excluding halo ]
But try to take away lineage 2 from me you liable to loose a few limbs.

i frankly seehow game's like savage and many fps can be addictive i mena you play you frag and well dats it 2 -4 hours of dat you bored
rpg's i can more understand getting addictive and even more so mmpogs
as these thigns take ona life of their own eg me and lineage 1
i played this for 6 years it provided everything for me except sex
i got money from it enjoyment friends emotional support and everything else [ except sex which was my only reason for venturing into the real world].
Playing this game effected me in maby 2 ways
after ssuch long periods of no sleep [ sometime's 4 days]
I often neglected my gf
and i went from tanned with a muscular body [ 6 pack and ting]
to pale and a punch =0
any way dats my 2 cents

its a chance to be all that i cant be in reality well atleast not yet
A freedom fighter (MGS)
A ninja (Tenchu)
A master martial artist (Tekken)
A counterterrorist /soldier (Ghost recon)
It also brings people together and i love that aspect of it more than anything else in the world

especially GATT in trinidad
half of the people i met through GATT i probably would have never known them outside
if you can make good friends here then you are lucky and blessed....

For me gaming is big part of my life that like my coke and I was addicted since i was 3

no cable... no girlfriend....... curfew at 6:00 PM ..... homework finished in school cause the physics teacher is apsent AGAIN....no way of getting a girlfriend Bcause i go to a boys school + the spragaz keep stealing the phone wire....... too young to drive to cinema... nothing in cinema anyhow that i like..... nothing to spend money on but gamez and hardware..... no friends living in a walkable radius.... half of everybody else's pastimes are against my religion.... i only sleep 6-7 hours a day ..........
amazing what you can come up with when uploading a huge phile..
