If you're an anime fan, you know what Akira was/is/alwayswillbe a LANDMARK in the history of anime, and as such there have many attempt to bring it to the silver screen. a bit wary of this. to touch such greatness.

It's like bringing a live action movie out for Berserk or Ninja Scroll.

How can they mess this up? let us count the ways, lol

well he have the down syndrome style characters part down.......

The article said that as far as they know he is not an acting in the movie, on the other hand to make a real action movie of AKIRA is BLASPHEMY!!! It WILL SUCK!

You know while i was waiting for the link to load all i was thinking was "As long as is not Live action and American I cool"  Then i saw it and now i cry on the inside. :crybaby2:
