Title: Star wars The Force Unleashed PSP
Post by: Crixx_Creww on September 18, 2008, 10:58:34 AM
First off, let me say, this game should be called, Star Wars, The Force ON REALLLLLLLLLL SH*******

like seriously!! i swear it had trinis on de design team, cause dem realllllllllllllll over do de ting in dis game.

even on the lowly psp, it had moments i had to stop doing what i was doing an go nah dem cyah be serious!! how the hell is one lone jedi supposed to do that!! O.o

lots of ooos and awwws, especially for a Star hore such as myself, i know berzerk was beasting same time as me.

Beat the game last nite, honestly can say, i felt a little blasphemous and wanted to change the story line of the original movies cause the way the game could have ended was just awessssssssssssssomeeeeeeeee!!

The i love the way the force powers scale up when yu level up so to speak, the over doin it factor just rises and rises lordd...

The psp version doesnt have all the much touted physx applications but the force interactions where ahplenty!!

really really a must play/buy!

after you beat the game it immediately gives you the option to start the game over with all yur force powers unlocked from the start, which undoubtedly will bring some fun to certain areas of the game, but the downside is you have to overwrite your previous game to accomplish that.. soo hmmmm. i didnt do it lol

BUT when you unlock all your abilities
you get to use them in "force unleashed" mode, which is multiplayer pvp between yourself and ai jedi characters, including the emperor himself.

Oh, not to be a spoiler, but, the 2 best star wars battles EVVAAA of all the games (sorry jedi knight 2 your still my pvp baby) but yeah, the 2 best battles evvaaa, are at the end of this game!!

Yu get to upgrade your saber crystals to augment force abilities and make your strikes more powerful, as well as changing yur saber hilt, one i saw the echelon hilt i went mad! chopped everything in site... damn rancors...

ummz

it has multiplayer over wifi, havent played anyone but judging from the pvp in game.. it will have its problems...

like the game isnt glitchy or anything, but the saber battles are quite lack luster compared to the ones of jedi knight 2 jedi outcast (love saying that ^_^).

Basically one both people start slicing at each other, you get an automatic saber duel lock and yu have to spam buttons to get out of it, their is only one combo apart from force augmented combos, so most of your dueling will be slice slice force
force force force force, throw stuff around, force force force. still good fun, but the battles take for ever cause they didnt work out a good way to really decide when someone gets hurt... meh.

Still an awesome game, id give the psp version an 8.5 out of 10

and extrapolating, id give the ps3 version a 10

yes i said somethign good about ps3.. its star wars, it could have been made on a calculator and it would still rock
so meh.

did u choose to continue and play back through?
or did yu restart from your last save and beat the game fighting vader instead of the emperor??

oh ok kool yayz

not the best star wars game ever (that would be jedi knight 2 jedi outcast) but certainly a monster game for a portable

and the game just gets even better after yu beat it and start unlocking all the unlockables in unleashed mode and stuffies
love the historical battles, totally love aayla secura so its great to play as her and have some more of her background in the game.
