So every year in good ole' USA, many brand name stores have a Black Friday sale where things go as low as 50% off but its like from 5am to noon...and guess what...at 5am hundreds upon hundreds of people line up to actually buy stuff. Unfortunately, because of the big rush in one of the Walmart Stores, I think it was in NY, one of the employees got trampled to death....the last time I checked, weren't you supposed to be nice to the guy who sells you the products. :confused2:

Then news came that the Walmart guy was trampled.

I hope they get a chunk load from Walmart for encouraging stupid behaviour like ths.

Damn, they took down the YT one I posted...anyway, rel sad to see someone died cause of that. My friends up in FL said they were pushing down people and stuff out of fun and ppl didnt even realise cause of the melee. haha .

yeah i heard bout this since the day and was just to sickened to bother to post it.
WHen the employees of the walmart tried to get everyone out the store, announcing that in the stampede one of their coworkers was killed,the shoppers started yelling "We have been here since midnight, we are not leaving" and continued to shop.

NEW YORK (CNN) -- Two customers are suing Wal-Mart for negligence after being injured in a mad rush for post-Thanksgiving bargains that left one store employee dead, the men's attorney said Tuesday....
...in a claim against the Nassau County police department, the men also contend that they "sustained monetary losses as a result of health care and legal expenses ... in the sum of $2 million."
Who didn't see it coming?

Its the good ole US of A, everyone SUES!! its the American way! You expect any less? They put themselves in that position to get injured, yet they sue the store for them being there while MORONS storm the store like its the middle ages and they storming a castle to raid it..It will end up being a settlement, they will get maybe $50K and walk away with $10K after lawyer fees...People are plain STUPID!!

I guess everyone is wrong... I certainly aint gonna be fighting in a store like if it's 300, just to get a bargain, and Walmart is wrong for encouraging such a stupid mass sale...it was bound to happen some time.
