Ever wonder if there was an evil side to the New Era Outlaw?
If there was, here is what he would look like.
I have a LOT planned for Evil Neo, as he possesses a lot of potential as one of the most heartless and sinister characters you will ever run across.

Thanks a lot for the input, guys...
The background actually stems from a little experimentation on my part with the 'Radial Blur' tool on Blaze Firefox's background, with some cropping and Lighting effects to suit.
I am capable of painting just as well, thought it probably won't turn out as neatly as this. Keep watching, though, I'll churn out more when inspiration strikes again!

nice pic.. la la la la la
now onto important stuff... one thing i noticed that just jumped out at me was the uneven distribution of muscle on his legs. the anatomy there is incorrect as the claves are larger than the thigh it self.. plus the right leg should be slightly smaller than it is to give the effect you were going for.
but generally.. i liked the torso.. im impressed
