hmmmm... meh. Batman was the only superhero video game i have been impressed with my entire life. I've played spiderman on the ps1 and 2 and tho they were decent games, got extremely repetitive when it came to fighting and objectives. The X-men games were the same way. Arkham Asylum did bore me after a while but the plot was really well thought out and kept you going. Can't wait for Arkham City =D. Unless i see more footage of this spiderman installment, its just gonna be one of those games that didn't touch my heart XD

Two other Superhero games that did not suck to high hell were, Utlimate Spiderman and Xmen Origins Wolverine (that was action boy wayyyyyyyyyyy)
yea they got repetitive at some points, but it was fun, plots though thin, were decent enough to keep me entertained and gameplay was pretty thought out (especially with Wolverine)
Spiderman web of shadows had a pretty decent combat system, and I actually beat it. but it was overall pretty mediocre. Nowhere as bad as other superhero games though.
But the two best superhero games are Arkham Asylum, (which deserves an award imo) and Wolverine (this game was brutal and extremely fun)

Definitely liked Arkham Asylum (playing it again xD) and Wolverine Origins (repetitive but still brutal and fun). I also finished Web of Shadows but Shattered Dimensions was not as great as they made it sound imo; got boring after a while; so i'm skeptical about this new one, for now.

Waiting for gameplay to see but I had fun with Shattered Dimensions, was more confined like the old Spidey games on the PS1.

Spiderman 2 on PS2 was reall fun tho! No? Nobody?
