As some of you may know, I have embarked upon the somewhat daunting task of convincing game hosting companies to implement dedicated servers in the Caribbean region, preferably on Flow's/TSTT's network.
I've started the attack on the Facebook and petition front. Basically, the aim is to generate enough interest in the above mentioned cause which can then be used as evidence. The idea is that if enough buzz is created, they will be convinced that investing in infrastructure in the caribbean will be worth their while.
It should also be noted that once a partnership is built, the fun will not stop at Battlefield alone. Any and all games going forward could have dedicated servers closer to us then North America which, im sure I do not have to tell you, will be awesome for all involved as the infrastructure is already in place.
That said, in this effort, I am seeking any assistance in 'marketing' this cause so that maximum spread can be achieved. As mentioned before, I have done some work in the vein of groundwork. I could use some help, guidance and assistance in going forward.
Please note that a requisite of assistance is not a Battlefield level 50. Anyone can help, even if you dont even play the game, are a fan of a different genre, whatever. I need the assistance.

ROFL, calm down Awesome, patience is a virtue...is there a time frame you need the petition signed by? A deadline so to speak? Perhaps someone should put a link to the total signatures to date so we can keep track easier. I suggested putting the countdown clock on the front page as well as this thread...maybe incorporate the tally of signatures and how many more are needed...

Now fellas, I don't mean to say that GATT can't do this, but I could count the number of active forum users here without running out of fingers. We need to try other Trinidadian-based clans, for other games. Because if infrastructure set up down here, them could get their own servers for whatever game they want as well. I KNOW it have more than 10,000 gamers in Trinidad who would bun that kinda thing. The trick is finding them. Savvy?

We have over 4000 registered members. Awesome is going to email them to support this drive too.
Also, I just posted a link to the drive on our facebook group this morning which has 1000+ members as well.
Keep spreading the word.
Most importantly, ask your friends who game to register and sign the petition. Ones in the caribbean too.
May have 10,000 gamers in trinidad and tobago but I'm sure there are 100,000 gamers in the Caribbean!

What about Groff's clan? This aint sumn for us, it's for all ppl gaming and for future games as it shows there's a serious interest for servers in the caribbean.
Anyone know about the gamers in the other islands? Wyatt what about the LoL players from Barbados etc? I dunno who we have in the other islands but we hadda spread the word.
