Date: Sunday 2nd October 2011
Location: Barataria Regional Complex, Barataria (Next to the Police Station)
Time: 8AM - 8PM
Games being played: Gears of War 3, Fifa 12, Marvel vs Capcom 3
BYOC allowed (Bring Your Own Controllers)
Platform: XBOX 360

Tournament Entrance Fee:
Gears of War 3: $300 a team

Marvel vs Capcom 3: $80 a person

Spectator Fee: $20.00

Prizes: Over $3000+ in prizes

Prize Format: Pot + Cash + Vouchers

GamezPlus at MovieTowne have sponsored $1000.00 towards the prize pool.

In addition, Cariszone has sponsored a $500 voucher to the Fifa 12 tourney, another $500 voucher to the Marvel vs Capcom 3 tourney and a whopping $1000.00 in vouchers to the Gears of War 3 event.

In addition, cash prizes will also be awarded to the top 3 (three) places at a rate proportional to the number of attendees. A percentage from each registration fee of each participant will go into a tournament prize pool, which will be awarded to the top 3 finishers at a 7/2/1 split. The more players who enter, the bigger the cash prize!

was using fifa 11 but upgraded it to fifa 12

da gears 3 tempting but no xbox friends and havent played the game and even tho im a fast learner tryin to learn on d day during tournament is a no no lol

Had real PS3 love Sunday gone at the tourney in South. Bout 8 PS3s running MK9 and Super Street Fighter 4 breathless.

Nothin' wrong with the boys in green gettin in on a lil action now at this event. lol

You have two weeks to get some friends, and if you serious, I will lend you an xbox 360 to train and enter.

To see both TheApprentice and BluVice on xbox 360, now THAT is proof positive the world is ending.

lol i plan to get an xbox still, its only 1500 total now

and yea i know bout d fighting game tourney weekend gone but was talkin about some shooter love :P
uncharted 3 has LAN support hopefully we can see a sum sum? :P

Tournament almost done, the Barataria Regional Complex is a nice venue man.

Figures those guys would have won the GOW3. Carnage Jose, KilleNNN, Ables and dunno who their 4th was. Good job fellas.
