I fuh one cyar give ah bad reveiw cause d bes i coulda do was draw a stick man with a sword and a trapezium boat but wha i hadd give mention of is dd brightness hoss it real bright and it lookin a lil to 80's cartoonish

obviously mih boy u have never seen a tick ting in she prime odderwise u wouldna even diss the drawing of d woman lol or prolly u have poor taste in women i beleive yuh in see ah bess tick ting yet

As for the sword, it looks -kinda- out of place. The design I mean. Doesn't look to in plce for the ear, or is that your own effect?

The modeling of the ship and the boat are pretty good but it is the texture used of the boat and the oar is too smooth and the lighting used should have illustrated a more coarse characteristic...also the lighting used on the sword is too repetive and gives the impression that it is made of plastic rather than steel, but all in all these are issues that can be easily over comed and being an artist myself I know that many of these faults are primarily recognized when the piece has been completed.
btw I think that you would have done a better job if you did it in pencil but judging from your procedure it seems that you want to acheive a skill using colour and if that is your goal then keep at it.

i did it on the pc
it's because i had to change the image to jpg why the colour looks like that
the lighting and everything looks good in the bmp format i have.
i could answer all of you but i don't think u would like what i have to say and i wont waste time with u all anyway

Hey man Xenos don't take my remark as a negative perspective towards your work...It's quite good but all I was basically saying was that there was room for improvement...I thought that was the purpose of this thread and that you understood that fact...maybe I was wrong to have asessed your work...I apologize for any fault that may have been caused by me...
btw handsome i'll have to organise to get some of my pics scanned in...just have to get the drivers for the scanner.

Well done, Xenos.
Your artwork reflects a style reminiscent of storybook fantasy, a type of art I haven't seen since I was small. Ah, those were the days.
Have you considered submitting these pieces to the authors of storybooks and see if you could make some dinero off of these on the side?

ok well the character and background designs are done pretty good (with emphasis on the character design I personally think that it was done better than that of the previous one if you don't mind me saying so). The only problem that I have observed was the dimensioning of the background with the person. The lighting is too much on the person with respect to the background hence it give the effect that the individual isn't really there with the surrounding illustrated.
